GAP Bluff at Watson’s Bay

The Gap Bluff Centre is located in the tranquil bushland of Sydney Harbour National Parks, on the heights above Watson’s Bay. The venue comprises of two fascinating heritage buildings for you to choose between for hosting your next special event. Originally the Armoury and the Officers Mess of the old Military Base, the buildings have been creatively transformed to what is undoubtedly Sydney’s most spectacular location.

At the Gap Bluff Centre there’s a sense of open parkland, with dramatic views in every direction. You’ll find it hard to believe you are only 20 minutes away from the city centre.

The fully restored Armoury can accommodate 150 guests seated and 250 for Cocktails. The Officer’s Mess seats 100 guests and is able to take 130 guests for cocktails in charming ‘30s-style Art Deco surroundings.

The Gap Bluff Centre is within easy walking distance of public transport and is only 20 minutes by car from the CBD. There are parking spaces for 100 cars. For something a little different, ferry transport (15 minutes by ferry) to Watson’s Bay can be arranged for your guests.

With stunning views in every direction and expansive lawns, the Gap Bluff Centre is a magical setting for wedding receptions, sit down lunches and weddings, casual BBQs and cocktail receptions.
